The structure is built using high quality materials, adding to the strength and longevity.

Anytime that you have a fence that is falling down, its because the posts have rotted out.

• We set all of our posts in concrete and they are always pressure treated which last at least 20 years.  
• We use exterior nails that also last for many years.
• We also use 3 railings to nail to. (this prevents the boards from warping)
• We attach the boards not only on the top and bottom, but in the middle as well.
• You will also see in the photos that the back is still very nice because we are very careful to make sure that the framing is very level and all of the boards are in the same line.

This is a nice detail that makes this budget project stand out as a truly handcrafted fence. If you have a framework that is not installed properly, using the correct methods and detailed eye, you will end up with a fence that costs the same but does not compare in appearance and durability. It may be a cheap fence price but it is still high quality craftsmanship.
