1. The most important element to start with is, Sanding off as much of the gray discoloration as possible.
(we go over every square inch with 3 types of sanders, grinders and 5 different grits of belts and sandpaper. This will leave behind nothing but the smoothest and most beautiful surfaces)
2. In our deck restoration process we go through every railing and all staircase railings
by using even smaller types of sanders to make sure that the multiple surfaces of the railings will be as beautiful as the main surface.
3. Any loose boards that you thought may be to far gone,
we can take away and replace the framework underneath. We will also replace any rotten wood to reinstate beauty and durability of the structure.
4. For sealants we have options of solid, semi solid or semi-transparent sealants.
